Needed to be done...
Hi. Hope you are well these days.
Just a quick post here about art.
I hadn’t drawn for more than five minutes total over about two days. That drought compelled me to just get something down on paper.
I was at home and nothing around was inspiring me to draw it. So I found my sketchbook, turned to a blank page and got to work. I employed an architectural template, Sharpie paint pens, a Sailor Fude, and my feelings.
Here’s what came out. Took a total of maybe 35-45 minutes.
Haven’t titled it. Maybe I will later. For now, the title is the date: 2/18/25.
It’s been getting some response in the Sketchbook Skool platform, so that feels good.
This post is shorter than 500 words.
Also working on some new poems.
